Council orders family having picnic to remove £12.99 windbreak – branding it ‘semi-permanent structure’.

John Hacker and his family were stunned when council officers sped across the grass in a 4×4 and told them they were ‘breaking the law’ before ordering him to take it down.

    It’s why I left (escaped, more like). The bureaucrats are even WORSE here in Thailand – but here, no-one takes them SERIOUSLY.
